This Privacy Policy describes how Fluxo Platform LLC d/b/a Fluxo Trade ("Fluxo Trade," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles personal information submitted through the Fluxo platform and its associated websites, including the interest registration form at fluxotrade.co (the "Site").

When you submit the interest registration form on the Site, we collect the following personal information:

• Full name
• Company name
• Email address

We do not collect payment information, government identification, or sensitive personal data through the interest registration form.

We may also collect standard technical information automatically when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This information is used for site security and analytics and is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Add you to our early access list and notify you when the platform or relevant products become available;
